    Getting TO/AROUND: Cabs in Canada are safe and rather affordable in St. John's if no one wants to be the designated driver.

    From the airport to most hotels is about $20. From dowtown to most hotels it is about the same or much less if you are staying downtown.

    Be warned that a cab can be hard to find at 3:00 a.m. when the pubs on George Street close.

     Jiffy Cab doesn't go to the airport. City Wide has an exclusive contract there.

     Benders is now closed down. I believe it is reopened as Club 8??
