1. What is Automatic Login? Automatic Login allows you to access you member account from a specific computer without having to log in each time. By using this feature you will save time and typing from a computer that you frequently use. However, you should remember, that anyone using that specific computer will also be able to access your account unless you logout. If multiple people use your computer, it's probably a good idea not log in manually each time you access VT. People on other computers will not be able to access your account even if you do use automatic login. Only people using the same computer. If you use a public computer, remember to disable automatic log in. 2. How Do I Turn On Automatic Log In? It's very simple. Just go to the log in page (If you're already logged in, you'll have to log out and log in again.) At log in just below where you enter your password, you'll find a box for automatic log in. Just click that and you'll be automically logged in when you visit VT. 3. I Forgot My Password. What Can I Do? When you try tolog in, if you've forgotten your password, you'll see a link that says, "i've forgotten my password". Just click the link, provide the information we ask and we'll send your password to the external email that you have given us on file. The system is secure because you can only retrieve the password if it matches your Email address on file and you can only receive it at your Email account. 4. What are Cookies? A cookie is a file created by an Internet site to store information on your computer, such as your preferences when visiting that site. For example, if you inquire about a flight schedule at an airline's Web site, the site might create a cookie that contains your itinerary. Or it might only contain a record of the pages you looked at within the site you visited, to help the site customize the view for you the next time you visit. Cookies can also store information you provide like a Membername. However, a Web site only has access to the information that you provide. For example, a Web site cannot determine your e-mail name unless you provide it. Also, a Web site cannot gain access to other information on your computer. Once a cookie is saved on your computer, only the Web site that created the cookie can read it. VT does not use cookies for personal info, or for tracking how members use the site. VT only uses cookies for login and to make sure that if an ad is running you won't see it more than it's limit. 5. Do I Need Cookies? Yes, to become a member of VT, you must have Cookies enabled.
